It’s hard to believe after a year and a half of planning the beautiful June 25, 2016 wedding event of our daughter Hannah Harvey White to Matt White is a precious memory! What a joy it was! We cannot say enough positive comments about The Anchorage and the owner, Chris Hahn. From the planning to the moment we arrived and all through the weekend long events, we were treated with respect and support. 

The venue itself is breathtaking. From the distinctive colonial 3 story dwelling to the expansive grounds, each room, amenities, and location far exceeded any photos on their beautiful website.

Chris and his crew were always available to answer our questions and support our plans for our Friday evening rehearsal through the Saturday wedding reception and the Sunday morning brunch. The Anchorage was the unique location as each event from the 70 guests for the Friday rehearsal, the 200 guests for the Saturday wedding reception to the small gathering of 30 family travelers for Sunday brunch. 

We highly recommend The Anchorage to folks seeking the perfect location for their next special event, whatever the size. We love The Anchorage!
